2. Round metal Nurses Badge, shows a hand holding a torch with "New Zealand Registered Community Nurse" written in gold around circumference. "16-8-77 A L TICHBORNE" engraved on back.
3. Round metal Nurses Badge, shows a gold lamp on a red background with "Waikato Hospital Board" written in gold around circumference. "A L Tichborne 1978" engraved on reverse.
4. Blazer Monogram. Maroon, blue and cream shield-shaped with "TKH" and "TE KUITI HOSPITAL" embroided.
5. Photo of Anna Hetet and Loyas Tichborne in nurses uniform.
